Two Point Two stands for crafting a new “agender” identity and aims to create a third identity, which has characters from maybe both the binaries or maybe neither. Removing the differences between the binaries defines appropriately our theme of gender blurring i.e. not giving importance to the gender separation. We understand and accept that anatomy differs among the genders but Two Point Two believes in uniting and celebrating these differences instead of restricting people based on them. The thinking of associating things with something obvious or stereotyping is what we want to annihilate. Also, the oversized nature of our clothing plays on the fact that the same garment could be worn universally by all shapes, sizes and genders thus removing the differences among them; because the things that unite us are greater than our differences. We aim to remove the body from our clothing altogether.  The raw thread work and applique embroideries play on the ideology of “Perfection in Imperfection”. We believe the existence of beauty in every soul and it’s all about accepting and endorsing it as their own. The brand aims to enhance the individual and not the body, region or culture they belong to. Hence, we believe in the liberation of an individual from any sort of forced rules or norms of the society

"Everything conventional is what Two Point Two stands against. Being Typically Atypical is our motto."

Anvita Sharma, an Economics Graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University, went on to do my intensive Graduation in fashion first from Istituto Marangoni, Milan and then Masters in Istituto Marangoni, Paris. In the past having interned with some established names of the industry in both India and abroad like Rick Owens, Paris and Nachiket Barve.
Post her return to India, she launched the label Two Point Two. Apart from the theoretical aspects of fashion designing, she also gained practical insights and inspirations pertaining to my design sensibilities from cultural and artisctic aspects of the many countries she got the opportunity to stay in. Along with her label, she also work as a Fashion Stylist and in the field of Creative Direction and Design Consultation for various concept shoots and editorials.
Apart from being passionate about playing with body proportions and unconventional silhouettes, having a Masters in Finance from Durham University, UK, helps me to understand the nitigrities of business development for the brand.
