In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

You may mail us at info@twopointtwostudio.com and CC it to twopointtwostudio@gmail.com or via the contact us link or call +91 9319275559 with your cancellation request within 24hours of placing the order. Any request after 24 hours would not be considered.

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after your cancellation has been received and acknowledged.

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

Although we do not accept Returns or Exchange, in case any client is not completely satisfied with the fit of our products we can provide a free alteration for it according to your preference; if possible, depending on the style of the garment.
